In April 2011, Scott Kim gave a presentation in New York CIty. He took on a dazzling array of topics in this journey into the mathematical patterns behind art, drawing, music, dance and animation.

We saw some great musical submissions, but this highly detailed “Chopin” ambigram from consistent top 5 finisher Daniel Dostal snatched the gold medal.
