What do Philadelphia, San Diego, San Francisco and New York City have in common? The names of those cities produce some of the best ambigrams we could find in our world-wide hunt.

The exquisite “Philadelphia – City of Brotherly Love” ambigram by John Langdon garnered the highest score, and took our top prize. Congratulations to John and to Philadelphia!

ACAC Music Challenge

Both the seasoned ambigram artists and the rookies turned out for the Music ambigram challenge.
 
We saw some great musical submissions, but this highly detailed “Chopin” ambigram from consistent top 5 finisher Daniel Dostal snatched the gold medal.

ACAC Valentine’s Day: Results

The Valentine’s Day ambigram challenge brought out some amazing ambigram designs centered around the themes of love and romance, and the number of submissions for the contest continues to increase, which means that the competition is heating up.
 

For the first time ever, the contest was won by a first-submission rookie.



ACAC Sadiq/Shana: Results

The results are in for the challenging ambigram design of Sadia/Shana, and it was a tough decision for the sponsor of the challenge. The $100 prize brought out some excellent submissions, even though the words were not entirely cooperative at first glance.

It was a close finish, but Bastian Pinnenberg snatched the purse with his unique letter contortions and a few unexpected twists. See the full article for the other fantastic entries.

The results are in for the Resurrection Ambigram Challenge! The submissions were excellent, the big dogs showed up and the bar was set really high for the first Ambigram.Com Challenge.
 
It was a close finish, but John Langdon snatched the first place position with his “Reincarnate ” ambigram.
