Sure. I don’t see a reason to avoid languages other than English.

However, keep in mind that one of the judges is Russian, one is Singaporean and one is Native American, so we might not appreciate the design as much as a Spanish judging panel.

I can’t say how well it will do, but there is definitely s nothing in the rules to prevent it.
